About These Terms

These terms apply to anyone who visits the Flooring Webster website. By reading or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Flooring Webster works out of Webster, Texas, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

What This Website Is For

This is an informational site. It explains the flooring we install, such as hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, laminate, carpet and stair flooring, and how a typical job runs. You cannot buy products, book work or sign an agreement here. The only way to reach us is by phone.

General Information, Not a Diagnosis

We describe materials, subfloors and common causes of floor problems in general terms. Every room is different. A concrete slab can hold more moisture than expected, an old floor may hide adhesive or uneven patches, and a stairway can be framed in ways that change the method.

For those reasons, nothing on this site is a promise about how a product will perform in your home. The right material and the scope of work are decided after we look at the actual space.

Quotes and Work Agreements

The site lists no prices. Any quote you get by phone or after a visit depends on room size, the condition of the subfloor, the material you choose and any prep work needed. Work only begins under terms we agree on with you directly, and those terms take priority over anything written on this website.

Using the Site Fairly

Please use the site for its intended purpose. Do not try to disrupt it, copy large parts of it or pass off its text and images as your own. The wording and layout belong to Flooring Webster unless noted otherwise.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We try to keep the information accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is complete or free of errors at every moment. To the extent Texas law allows, Flooring Webster is not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of an in-person assessment of your floor.
